Make charges clear before payment
List consultation fees, procedures, medicines, and other chargeable items. Review who enters a charge, who checks it, and how the cashier sees the items due. Test a realistic visit with more than one service during your demonstration.
Define cashier controls
Ask how staff record payments and handle corrections or adjustments. Include discounts, partial payments, refunds, and split payments in the requirements discussion if your clinic uses them; their availability and approval rules need explicit confirmation in the scope.
Connect stock movements to billing
Where medicines or supplies are part of a transaction, agree when inventory should change and who can correct a mistake. Review the relationship between billing and pharmacy inventory so that a sale, cancellation, or stock adjustment has a clear owner.
Review reports and document requirements
Show the daily totals and accounting summaries your team needs. Confirm document formats and any tax-related requirements with your accountant and implementation team. This page does not claim BIR accreditation or that every implementation meets a particular invoicing requirement.
